Red Engine Press Authors at ‘Airing the Quilt Show” in Greenwood, AR

Updated: May 10, 2022

On Thursday, May 5, 2022, Red Engine Press co-author Tom Wing and I participated in the annual “Airing the Quilt Show” to benefit the South Sebastian County Historical Society. It was a rainy day but the quilts were as colorful as any spring flower. Like authors—especially historians and historical fiction writers, the quilters’ artistry was just another way of sharing a place, time, family, idea or event using fabric and thread instead of paper and ink.

Tom Wing and I had a great time chatting with Donna Goldstein and other historians, readers and quilt-lovers who visited our booth.
