Lisa Bell Wilson has written an interesting book about her father, Fort Smith artist John Bell Jr. Bell created exquisite work even though he had limited use of his hands and legs due to cerebral palsy.

Inside the covers of this book, you will read about two phenomenal people who accomplished so much while both being disabled. Bell’s wife was also in a wheelchair.

The title of the book is from the fact that Bell had to crawl across the floor to get where he wanted to be when he was young. It relates several adventures he had that would challenge people not in wheelchairs.
It’s an excellent read and very well written.
