Wayne Shorter, Jazz Great, has Died

Wayne Shorter, one of the great jazz/jazz fusion musicians and composers, passed away on March 2, 2023, at 89. He was a master of the saxophone. I learned of him late when he played for Herbie Hancock. He also played with Miles Davies and wrote songs with Joni Mitchell.
