On our way to the Eisenhower Birthplace, my friend and I saw a metaphysical shop in a nearby town. We went inside where we saw incense, statues, books, and jewelry.

There were candles and bins of rocks and crystals.
My friend saw a statue of a crow on the top of a skull and asked the owner about it. The owner said it wasn’t for sale but that she’d had it long enough. She gave it to my friend Kathy who mailed it to the husband of a mutual friend of ours who had lost his wife. She went by the name Mother of Crows and he does pen and ink work of skulls.
